Returns.

• Item is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Original packaging is included where possible.
• Return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Start a return from your account orders. Choose refund or exchange, pick the items, and we'll email you a prepaid label within minutes. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.

Track every return — including label, in-transit status, and estimated delivery — from the returns page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our studio receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on orders that didn't qualify for free shipping.

Exchanges are processed as soon as the return is in transit — your replacement ships immediately, no waiting on the round trip.

International returns are accepted, but return shipping and any associated duties are the customer's responsibility. Email us before sending so we can coordinate.

• Final sale items, marked clearly on the product page.
• Made-to-order and custom-altered pieces.
• Items showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or alteration.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@xxldress.us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
