Every order is hand-packed in our New York studio and shipped fully tracked, with signature on delivery for orders over $500.

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and collected by the carrier on delivery.
Processing
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 2–3 weeks before shipping; the timeline is noted on each product page.
Orders placed Friday after 12pm ET, or over the weekend, dispatch the following Monday.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. Live status, including out-for-delivery and delivery confirmation, is also visible from your account.
Address & changes
We can update shipping details for up to 1 hour after an order is placed. After that, your order is in handling and we may not be able to intercept it.
